Senior Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical & Medical Device - REMOTE

WellTree Molecular Group is founded by pharmacy operations professionals with expertise in pharmaceuticals, finance, logistics, inventory, compliance, and operational excellence. They have served small and large hospital groups and retail pharmacy businesses across most all patient populations and throughout the U.S.

Once the world entered the COVID-19 pandemic the WellTree team challenged themselves to address the bottleneck of tools and education needed in the war chest to fight against the infectious diseases, COVID-19. As scientists and pharmacist, the WellTree team were well positioned to evaluate the COVID-19 test kit market to find a product their team believes is needed to actively fight the pandemic and reopen the country.

Now, WellTree is urgently seeking experienced medical reps to market and sell their product line of infectious disease testing kits, starting with COVID-19.  We need reps immediately who have established relationships. This can be a full or part time role. This is a 1099 position. This is a commission-based role.

 

We are interviewing professionals across the country. Over the next year, the pharmaceutical industry in the United States is expected to increase by billions of dollars to meet the demand for new infectious disease testing as well as new vaccinations. The pandemic has the potential to keep the mission of improving public health a top priority for the world. This provides an opportunity for us to form a long lasting partnership and positive impact on the country.

Responsibilities 

  1. Maintain and increase market share by executing a territory plan and prospecting new business.
  2. Obtain solid footing in existing accounts while cultivating and nurturing new accounts.
  3. Implement action plan to utilize equipment for evaluation purposes; secure business to meet revenue objectives.
  4. Coordinate in-services of acquired business by planning post sale activities and addressing any questions and concerns; maintain competitive edge while completing sales cycle.
  5. Maintain positive customer relations by problem-solving customer concerns on a timely basis; continue on-going customer support while maintaining positive references.

Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will be highly motivated, results focused experienced Pharma or Medical sales professionals who have existing contacts with PCPs, urgent cares, and hospitals and other sales reps.

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  2. Excellent interpersonal and selling skills (listening, probing, closing)
  3. Ability to comprehend technical product line
  4. Ability to understand and develop strategies against the competition
  5. High energy
  6. Presentation skills (PowerPoint experience)
  7. BS/BA degree strongly preferred
  8. Prior experience selling capital equipment or medical equipment
  9. Successful sales history

You will be provided guidance, education, and ongoing support to achieve your sales goals and earn competitive commissions. This can be a full or part time role. This is a 1099 position.   2. Actively follow up with leads on a regular basis.
  3. Learn the product and personalize a sales pitch.

  6. Work with the WellTree team to ensure your client receives their order and is satisfied.
  7. Collect reorders and improve the re-ordering process for your customer.
  8. Audit bills to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
  9. Report sales activities on a regular basis to the V.P. of Sales.
  10. Maintain positive customer relations by problem-solving customer concerns on a timely basis; continue on-going customer support while maintaining positive references.
